There seemed to be a little explosion of interesting things to look at and wonder about on the internet overnight. Look and wonder with me, won’t you neighbors?
I might have mentioned Hypebeast before, but they update everyday with about a hundred new things (mostly shoes).
Jack White is selling his digs in Detroit for just under a big bill. Interested in buying it? Take the tour to make sure. The closet for the master bedroom (actually a dressing room) actually made me drool a little.
If you’ve ever wanted to have some sweet artist-designed shoes and are tired of the converse or vans slip-on that most galleries go with then you need to glance at the catalog String Republic. Let me know if you think guys can get away with wearing them. I have my fingers crossed.
I get the feeling like there should be some phone prank involving Meg Hunt’s name, similar to the Mike Hunt prank. Is MikeHunt there? I’m looking for MikeHunt! But it just doesn’t work the same with Meg. Her illustrations are still tight, though.
Let’s give it up for The French because they’re giving it up for us.
I like to give shouts to the art and design blogs that are better, more trafficked, and more interesting than this one. Manystuff is just such a blog.
Dude, you are a genius.
It’s no wonder Nowacek is part of Metropolis.
I am still infatuated with T.E.D. and T.E.D.’s blog. This video is hard to watch, but damn if that isn’t awesome. Anyone want to find a way for me to go to T.E.D.2007?
I really enjoy the fact that trendspotting is a new trend, and that I’m somewhere on the white cap of the wave. Were I clever enough I could make it work in my favor. I am not.
Look out for a new section of the sidebar. Rocking your world in left-align.
I’m gonna go learn what C-4 is made of and how it works. Put that in your terrorist content filter and smoke it, C.I.A. webcrawlers.

p.s. that wasn’t some kind of post-post-modern spam trying to up the ante of psych-out cleverness by prentending not to be spam that already pretends not to be spam. I really think it’s a cool site and you might like it.

I’ve been to it a few times, but it’s a lot to wade through information-wise. I’ll give it another shot, though.

Yeah, it’s not the most user-friendly; i just go there every now and then myself, but I’ve definitely found out about some great stuff there.
