Most of the artists that are covered here are what have been deemed “Lowbrow” artists by the gallery-goers. In most cases that definition sticks readily and I don’t mind using the term even though I think there should be a better one. But the work of Tiffany Bozic, to me, skirts the line between lowbrow and fine art. I consider everything I cover here to be fine art, but that’s subjective. Bozic’s paintings are amazingly well done, have beautiful pallettes, intriguing subject matter, and perfect composition. They elicit strong emotion and provoke intellectual inspection. If there is anything else needed for something to be considered “fine art” I don’t know what it is. All I know is that I could fall asleep with the thoughts of her paintings and my dreams would be greater for it. I could ask for nothing greater.
