Globe- United By Fate

Globe skate shoe company has a little short film project going on called United By Fate. Their first episode featured mainly Paul Machnau (but cameos from everyone else they sponsor) and was sick in extremis. The second episode, the Chris Haslam episode, just went live today and it is brilliant. Chris Haslam looks like an angry Jesus via Easy Rider and skates like gravity is a relative force. There’s even a cameo from rad little David Gonzalez, the Colombian Kid. Dude skates better than a lot of pros and he can’t even grow a mustache. Go watch the new episode of United By Fate. It made me want to skate and I’m not out of my pajamas yet. They’re pretty spacious jammies; I could probably pull it off.

Slowdown On The Uptake

It seems like all I have to tell you about lately are videos. I don’t care and neither should you. If you get really lonely for me then go read Juxtapoz.com. Maybe if you flood their site they’ll give me a raise or something. Who couldn’t use a couple extra million? Mr. Peanut, that’s who. That war-profiteering carpetbagger. We boil peanuts where I come from, your lordship. That’s not a threat, that’s a promise. Don’t let the sun set on your shell round here, fancy spats. Here’s some videos you’re going to watch:

Michel Gondry has a new movie coming out that might be his finest work yet. Even Jack Black seems slightly less of an annoying blob. watch the trailer

And here’s a great faux talk show with Jeremy Fish and Aesop Rock called Clinkin’ Drinks. Was that enough links? A rhyme every time. Bitches.
