One Fine Day

British artist James Joyce (I know, I know) is the founder and sole proprietor of One Fine Day, a design studio specializing in commercial illustration and limited edition art prints. Regardless of the venue or intended purpose of the works, they all share James’ style of simple shapes and colors. His work reminds me of Geoff McFetridge, but maybe a bit more complex and not so iconographic. Comparisons aside, it’s great work for some big name clients, and if the American dollar wasn’t worth exactly half the British pound I would definitely purchase a couple of his prints to pretty up my walls. Make your way over to his portfolio site and give it a good old fashioned scoping.
